Opportunity for a General Manager for a vehicle dealership in Northwest province
Duties and responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff;
Monitor the sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments;
Maintain and increase market penetration;
Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the capacity as General Manager of a vehicle dealership
- Considerable experience in Vehicle sales management or other dealership management
- Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval, Ford, Mazda etc.
- Solid track reference and excellent management skills
- Tertiary education and management training beneficial, especially Dealer development program
