Job Description
A client of mine is looking for GCC Engineer:
Mechanical who has exposure in both electrical & mechanical disciplines in mining. Role will require the candidate to facilitate Stage 1 and 2 Commissioning Activities, which includes but not limited to signing off on punch lists, compiling close-out quality files and handover to Client. The position will be based in the Northern Cape. If this sounds like you apply now!
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering tertiary qualification
• Registered with ECSA
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in the Mining Environment who have exposure in both electrical & mechanical disciplines will take preference
• Familiar with MHSA legal requirements and checking the work complies with them;
• Must have a wide understanding of building industry, including knowledge of materials, trades, methods and legal requirements;
