Description
We have a full time Showroom Manager position available at our showroom in Kramerville, Johannesburg Based in the showroom Required to work every second Saturday
Main purpose of the job
Builds constructive customer relations and maintain the image and effective operations of the showroom. Provide excellent customer service and maximise sales to both trade and retail through promoting the brand and products in line with the brand strategy, vision, standards and guidelines.
Minimum requirements
National Senior Certificate, Tertiary qualification in related field is an advantage, 5 years sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment, and 2 years people management experience.
Ideal candidate
Have a strong interest in the décor field, be outgoing, dynamic and driven, be highly motivated, loyal and committed, have strong leadership skills, have strong admin skills, and be highly sales driven with a can-do attitude.
Main duties
Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, maintain showroom operations, and manage the showroom and staff while maintaining employee motivation and performance.
