Learn about your role
You will be responsible for contacting registered leads and converting them into active traders. This role requires strong sales skills, financial market knowledge and the ability to build trust with retail clients. The agent acts as the first point of contact after registration and guides clients through funding and initial trading steps.
What you’ll be doing
- Handle outbound contacts (phone, email, chat)
- Support onboarding and convert lead accounts to funded/active clients
- Provide accurate information about products/services & promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records in CRM System
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs
- Ensure communication aligns with compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for KYC/AML and account issues.
What you need to have
- 1+ years of experience in Forex sales
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Market Fundamentals
- Understanding of AML/KYC regulations
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Result-oriented mindset
