We are looking for a functional analyst to join our Merchandising and Logistics team to help with the design, implementation, and maintenance of warehousing systems (Oracle WMS). The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing operations in retail and strong analytical skills to identify business requirements and propose functional solutions that meet business objectives.

We are looking for a functional analyst to join our Merchandising and Logistics team to help with the design, implementation, and maintenance of warehousing systems (Oracle WMS). The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing operations in retail and strong analytical skills to identify business requirements and propose functional solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional analysis of warehousing systems to identify business requirements and define functional specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to design and implement warehousing solutions that meet business requirements.
Conduct testing and validation of warehousing systems to ensure they are working effectively.
Collaborate with end-users to identify issues and develop solutions that address their needs.
Ensure documentation and training materials are up-to-date to support end-users and future system changes.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in warehousing technology.
Perform and assume technical leadership for the configuration, with support from 3rd party vendors
Provide mentorship to less experienced staff and contribute to the improvement of his/her team’s capability
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in functional analysis of warehousing systems in retail.
Strong understanding of warehousing operations in retail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle or other leading WMS systems.
Experience in a retail environment with multi-channel order fulfilment (e.g. brick and mortar, e-commerce).
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Experience with SQL or other database management tools.
