Role Description This position needs to be filled urgently! This is a full-time Physiotherapist role based in Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. It will include primarily home visit based therapy but a fair case load of rooms therapy as well.
Qualifications
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the HPCSA
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Neurological Rehabilitation, including assessment and treatment of stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and related conditions.
- Ability to use outcome measures, evidence-based practice, and clinical reasoning to guide treatment decisions.
- Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage a caseload in a hybrid work environment.
- Interest in continuing professional development, participation in in-service training, and staying current with neurological rehabilitation best practices.
