Job Vacancy: Full-Time Maintenance Person
Location: Head Office – Veldenvlei, with travel to 11 branches
A well-established preschool group is looking for a reliable and experienced full-time Maintenance Person to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and passionate about keeping learning environments safe, functional, and welcoming for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance across our 11 preschool branches
Handle minor building projects and repairs as needed
Competently manage electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
Work independently and report to our head office in Veldenvlei
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance and basic construction work
Competency in electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
Must have own reliable vehicle and basic tools
Willingness to travel between branches (travel costs compensated)
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Must be trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
Position: Full-Time
Base Location: Veldenvlei Head Office
Start Date: As soon as possible
