About the Role
As a Full Stack Software Engineering Lead, you will design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional international teams to driveinnovationand deliver high-quality products highly favored by legal professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in solvingtechnical challengesand enhancing system performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with our Product teams to develop our Legal Project solution.
Driving with other leaders, architecture and technological choices.
Maintaining and supporting existing applications.
Ensuring the quality of the code base (resilience, performance and security).
Designing and implementing new features across our suite of applications.
Overseeing the smooth running of our agile rituals.
Performing thorough cross-developerscode reviews.
Mentoring developers within your squad.
Supervising the implementation of technical solutions.
Requirements
Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or a solid technical background.
Have at least 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Have at least 2+ years of experience as a Lead.
Have strong proficiency in .NET and Type Script / Frontend Framework (VueJS is a plus).
Have adherence to best development practices such as unit and functional testing,code reviews, SOLID principles, and security practices.
Be proficient in Git forversion control.
Be familiar with PHP programming (nice to have).
