What we’re looking for:
Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or related field (advantageous)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets, formatting)
Experience with data capture, reporting, or administrative systems
Exposure to Fuel Management Systems (FMS) or similar platforms advantageous
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organisational and time management ability
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
What you’ll do:
Extract daily reports from Fuel Management Systems and verify data accuracy
Compile and structure data into Excel spreadsheets and summary reports
Capture and upload client-supplied information onto FMS platforms
Identify and escalate data errors, discrepancies, or missing information
Maintain accurate and organised system records and documentation
Assist with general administrative support across the FMS and electrical departments
Follow up with suppliers on pricing and delivery timelines
Maintain staff tracking sheets, site hours, and project records
Manage filing, documentation, and internal record-keeping systems
Support inventory tracking and incoming materials checks
Assist with health & safety compliance and housekeeping standards
Provide general administrative support as required by management
