Position: FRONTLINE CUSTOMER AND SALES SUPPORT

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Frontline Customer and Sales Support to join our team. The role of a Frontline Customer and Sales Support position is to provide efficient and effective sales support, solutions, guidance and advisory service to the sales team, prospects and/or potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

The Frontline Customer and Sales Support will report to the Customer Business Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The role for Frontline Support:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).

Promptly receive clients and provide operational or sales support as required.

Maintain a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space.

Support client queries

The role of a Sales support:

Have a thorough knowledge of all the training products to Support clients with course information, quote and support with the enrollment process

Capturing of sales leads on the database management system

Assist with the sales process:
Sales appointments, consultations & enrolments

Work at sales events to support the sales team

Cold calling/ frequent contact with the database for all divisions

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and increase sales.

Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and manage customer accounts.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the customer
experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Experience, Qualifications and Competencies:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales support.

Competencies:

Customer focus

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.

Time Management

Administrative skills

Attention to detail and accuracy.
