- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front Office Management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and experience with hotel management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
