Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Front Office Department.
  • Supervise and support reception and front office staff.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office Management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy and experience with hotel management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
