Location: Established Restaurant in Sandton
We are looking for a senior front of house manager with the following qualifications:
Experience: Must have experience in a busy restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management.
Management
Experience:
Candidates with 6+ years management experience in restaurants will be considered.
Communication Skills: Must have strong communication skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house restaurant operation.
Customer Relations: Applicants must be well spoken and possess exceptional customer relations skills.
Work History: Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred.
References: All references must be contactable.
Administrative Skills: Experience with restaurant administration & system controls is essential.
Duties: Duties will include staff management, stock control, and opening & closing procedures.
Team Leadership: Looking for someone who can lead a team and work under pressure.
Personal Qualities: Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic.
Salary: R 15 – 20 K net
