Build high-quality systems tailored to user requirements.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation aligned with ISO standards.
Engage with end users to gather, refine, and simplify requirements.
Facilitate Agile activities, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Mentor team members and provide user training as needed.
Conduct system audits and ensure seamless tech integrations.
Collaborate with UX designers to enhance usability.
Drive business case discussions and monitor project progress.
