About the Role
We are a beautiful, luxury spa seeking a well-experienced, skilled, and dedicated Front of House personnel to join our team.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Beauty qualifications.
2-3 years of working experience in a well-established and professional spa.
Hands-on experience with My Salon Software.
Computer literacy with excellent administrative skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Eloquently spoken and well-groomed to represent the brand.
Great retail abilities with a friendly personality and excellent customer service.
Experience with cash-ups, stock taking, stock counts, and opening and closing the spa.
Experience in handling customer complaints, queries, and compliments.
