Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and engaging manner.
- Managing incoming calls and directing queries appropriately.
- Handling courier deliveries, mail, and office correspondence.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Maintaining front office standards and assisting with office coordination.
- Monitoring visitor access and ensuring security procedures are followed.
- Assisting with administration, document preparation, and data capturing.
- Providing operational and administrative support across the office.
