Role Description
This is a contract role for a Freelance Exhibition Co-ordinator. The Exhibition Co-ordinator will manage day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with exhibitors, overseeing floorplans, and managing project timelines. The role involves planning and executing logistics and marketing, as well as communicating with various stakeholders. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be based in Durban but allows for some remote work.

Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools
Previous experience in coordinating exhibitions or similar events is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Arts Administration, or a related field
