Job Description
To execute fraud risk management processes to guide and assist the business in identifying and analysing risk incidents threatening assets, earning capacity, and success.
Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with law enforcement agencies, industry experts, and banking counterparts.
Analyze existing fraud data using statistics to evaluate fraud occurrences and recommend measures to reduce future incidents through improved prevention and detection.
Extract, share insights, lessons learned, and recommendations from root cause analysis to inform fraud prevention across processes, systems, regulations, and policies.
Monitor fraud processes to identify loopholes and practices that support effective fraud management.
Participate in research and development of risk assessments for preliminary risk investigations and processing identified risks.
Present findings and recommendations via reports and presentations.
Propose and implement models and methodologies, maintaining and developing risk policies, procedures, and contingency plans.
Conduct fraud analysis activities in line with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
Maintain knowledge on legislative changes, industry best practices, and provide proactive advice to stakeholders.
Compile and communicate fraud analytics reports to key stakeholders, updating relevant information systems.
Assist in implementing and managing risk mitigation programs as directed by management.
Ensure policies and procedures meet business and risk requirements.
Deliver exceptional service through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
