Frail Care Manager, Douglasdale Jobs in South Africa at La Vie Care

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To provide general support in a Treasury function by conducting reports; consolidation; reconciliations; administration and day to day task management of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cash and card sales reconciliation and reporting
Investigate and resolve cash management issues
Centralised Payments System administration
Monitoring and investing cash in all countries to ensure maximum return on cash balances
Upkeep and review of current investments and investment products
Maintenance and review of all bank accounts across all countries
Weekly and Monthly treasury reporting
SARB reporting and compliance
Assist with Treasury projects and audit-related requests
Treasury accounting and general ledger reconciliations
Liaise with banking partners for account-related matters
Manage and lead a team of Finance Clerks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Relevant tertiary qualification
3+ years’ experience in a financial / treasury-related environment
Experience in a multinational environment
Aptitude to work with various currencies
Retail industry experience ideal
Knowledge of SWIFT/Banking systems ideal
Computer literacy: Advanced level
South African Citizen
