This is more than just an Executive Assistant role: it’s a launching pad for high-potential individuals who want to immerse themselves in every aspect of building and scaling a company. What You’ll Do Partner with the Founders Work side-by-side with our co-founders in daily activities, including

meeting coordination

, calendar management, and strategic follow-ups.

You’ll have an insider’s view on how decisions are made and the company is run. Drive Key Projects Take ownership of special initiatives: from research and analysis to execution. Be the go-to person for cross-functional tasks that support company-wide objectives. Optimize Operations Identify process improvements that boost efficiency. Recommend solutions, streamline workflows, and help create a more effective, fast-moving organization.

Communicate & Collaborate Act as the bridge between the co-founders and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, presentations, and agendas while maintaining

professionalism
