Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Founder Success Manager to facilitate business coaching sessions with founders. This role requires an energetic and charismatic individual with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide founders toward achieving their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured coaching sessions with business founders, providing strategic guidance and accountability
Foster strong relationships with founders, creating a supportive and results-driven coaching environment
Motivate and challenge founders to take decisive actions that drive business growth
Represent our client’s brand professionally and confidently
Participate in training to enhance coaching techniques and business advisory skills
Requirements
Requirements:
South Africa-based candidate with the ability to work UK hours (2 PM – 10 PM SAST).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a charismatic and engaging presence
A results-driven mindset with the ability to influence and inspire action
Comfortable leading coaching-style conversations (comprehensive training will be provided)
Previous experience in coaching, sales, consulting, or business advisory is advantageous but not required
