We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a passion for teaching and early childhood development.
- Is familiar with or trained in both Montessori methodology and CAPS curriculum.
- Demonstrates warmth, patience, and strong classroom management skills.
- Is organized, energetic, and works well within a collaborative team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently Studying towards Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Foundation Phase)/ Newly Qualified or a Montessori teaching qual

- cient in English (spoken and written)Knowl
- edge of CAPS and Montessori teaching strategiesFirst
- Aid training is advantageous
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons aligned with Montessori and CAPS principles.
- Foster a nurturing environment that supports individual growth.
- Maintain thorough and accurate learner records and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.
- Prepare and manage a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.
