Are you energetic, ambitious and looking to develop your career? Our Cape Town Global Forex department is looking to add a Forex Broker to their team. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment where we achieve our business objectives and have fun doing it.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Forex Broker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling foreign exchange and international payment enquiries, assisting with following up on new business leads, and facilitating daily trades in collaboration with our affiliated banking partners. You’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to support smooth operational processes.

Have a finance-related degree/diploma or relevant experience in a finance role and want to turn your knowledge into action
Are a motivated and ambitious recent graduate eager to dive into the complexities of the foreign exchange and international money remittance space
Excel as a team player and can bring commercial awareness to every interaction
Have exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with both international clients and team members

Your role
and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
Dealing with foreign exchange and international payment enquiries
Following up and responding to new business enquiries
Liaising with Sable International’s affiliated banks to facilitate daily trades
Delivering customer service that consistently exceeds expectations
Working closely with other departments to ensure operational procedures run smoothly
