Must manage internal/ external Laboratories/ specs/ sample analysis/ QC/ efficiency lab. equip./ record keeping/ daily product review/ assessment COA/ reporting/ SPC/ trends, implement / train/ maintain/ docs cntl/ internal/ external audit/ certification/ SQA/ NCR/ complaints/ liaise customers/ RCA/ CAR/ PAR/ evaluation/ CI/ graphs/ report writing/ meetings/ info sessions/ measure each aspect of system against targets/ Business Review for QMS/ ISO 9000/ FSMS/ FSSC 22 000/ ISO 22 002/ GFSI/ WCM/ GHP/ SHE/ EMS/ ISO 14 000/ ISO 18 000/ ISO 45 000/OHS Act/legislation, liaise service providers / maintain customer relationship mngt (CRM).
