We are a Michelin-calibre fine-dining establishment in Johannesburg. Our standards are uncompromising. Our team is passionate. And we are looking for an F&B Manager who is ready to take full ownership of everything that happens between the kitchen pass and the guest's last impression.

THE ROLE
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will have total accountability for:
▸ All F&B outlets — restaurants, bar, and banqueting
▸ Full P&L management, budgets, and cost control
▸ Menu planning and concept development with the Executive Chef
▸ Wine list curation and beverage programme with the Sommelier
▸ Weddings, corporate events, and special functions
▸ Recruiting, training, and developing your F&B team
▸ Stock management, OE controls, and supplier relationships
▸ Health, safety, hygiene, and compliance across all outlets
▸ F&B promotions, activations, and loyalty initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ 5+ years in a senior F&B management role
▸ Background in a premium hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or private club
▸ International hospitality experience is a significant advantage
▸ Relevant hospitality degree or diploma (minimum NQF 5)
▸ Wine certification (WSET, Cape Wine Academy or equivalent) preferred
▸ Proficiency in Gaap, SAP, Pilot or similar platforms
▸ Proven financial acumen — P&L, budgets, cost control
▸ Deep food and beverage knowledge
▸ Exceptional communication — from line staff to distinguished guests
▸ South African citizen or valid SA work permit
▸ Contactable, verifiable references essential
