Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Manage and lead F&B staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for menu planning, food

quality control

, and presentation. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Foster positive guest relations, handle complaints, and implement feedback for

continuous improvement

. Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory control to maintain stock levels. Organize special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost restaurant visibility and profitability.

Education:

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5-star environment.

Proven track record

of managing high-volume F&B operations.

Skills:
