What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist cooks and chefs with food prep (think salads, desserts, and plating).
Serve food on the line and operate the cash register.
Keep the kitchen, canteen, and service areas clean and orderly.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
Handle leftovers properly and keep stock organized.
Interact with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Support training of new staff when needed.
Be an energetic team player with a can-do attitude.
Maintain great hygiene habits and attention to detail.
Be physically fit – able to stand, bend, and lift.
Possess good communication skills and a friendly approach.
Be honest, dependable, and ready to work 45–50 hours a week.
Must be 18 years or older.
Completed National Senior Certificate.
