What You Will Do

Set clear objectives, communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the team regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively

Recognize and address underperformance, provide feedback and relevant coaching

Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures

Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs

Monitor queues to identify critical tickets that require immediate attention

Reassign tickets from unavailable team members

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)

1–3 years of experience in training lead role

Analytical and research skills

Ability to work under with large groups of trainees

Positive, responsible and proactive attitude

Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will Be a Great Plus

Knowledge of Klaus, Zendesk
