We currently have a number of ON-SITE Floor Plan Drafting Jobs open in the North SF Bay regions like San Rafael, Navato, Mill Valley, Larkspur etc.The top Bay Area Real Estate Marketing company is looking for quality, friendly & personable CAD drafters to join our extensive roster of Independent Contractors. Earn up to $2,500 a week by providing on-site measurement and floor plans to our awesome customers in the real estate market.Why work in some stuffy architecture firm when you can create your own schedule and explore the best architecture in the SF Bay Area! Job Overview:As an independent contractor, you will provide us with quality 2D floor plan and site plan drawings on a daily basis using your top notch CAD skills. Measure the listing, draw it in the CAD of your choice and deliver us the DWG. You tell us your availability and areas you want to work, and we’ll fill it with our incredibly huge network of top Real Estate Agents and Brokers. We handle all of the booking, scheduling, client relations, and billing.Compensation: $100-350 per jobPlease only respond if you love to:

Requirements:

• Candidates must have their own laptop computer with licensed professional CAD design / CAD drafting software
• CAD Software Knowledge and Experience (ideal experience: 2+ years)
• Responsible for purchasing your own tools and equipment
• Own a reliable mode of personal transportation
• Have excellent online communication skills – much of our day-to-day business is handled through Slack messaging
• Ability to work on your own, completing complex tasks in great detail without supervision.
• Must be able to present yourself to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Have a portfolio or examples of work
