We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team in South Africa. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven track record in managing sales teams within the FX industry and driving consistent performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, managing team performance, and ensuring targets are met in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
We are open to both local candidates and professionals willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the sales floor
• Lead, motivate, and manage Conversion and Retention teams
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to team members
• Ensure a structured, disciplined, and high-performance environment
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
• Report directly to senior management on team results and progress
Qualifications
• Proven experience in the FX industry (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a Floor Manager / Team Manager role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (additional languages are considered an advantage)
• Open to relocation (if applying from abroad)
