Location: Randburg
We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations within our
retail environment
. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store layout.
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong staff management and leadership skills.
Experience in ordering and receiving stock.
Merchandising experience essential.
Solid FMCG background required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise floor staff to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are visually appealing and up to date.
Oversee stock receiving and ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Assist with ordering and replenishment of stock.
Monitor floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any floor-related issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization on the shop floor.
