Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager at Fashion Fusion Central Park in Bloemfontein. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuringcustomer satisfaction, managingstaff training, and maintaining smoothcommunicationwithin the team.
Qualifications
Customer satisfaction, customer service, andcommunication skills
Experience in management andstaff training
Strong organizational andleadershipskills
Ability to work efficiently in afast-paced environment
Excellentproblem-solvingabilities
Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration is a plus
