Excellentia Airline Academy is expanding and we’re looking for full-time and Grade III Flight Instructors to work across our three ATOs based out of Lanseria International and Grand Central.
As a qualified Grade III Flight Instructor you will deliver structured, professional flight training in accordance with company SOPs and SACAA requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid and current South African CPL
- Valid and current South African Grade III Instructor Rating
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Neat, professional, and presentable
- Ability to follow and implement established SOPs
- Strong commitment to safety and training standards
- Currently based in and able to work in South Africa
- Available for full-time employment
Instructors should demonstrate professionalism, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in developing student pilots to a high standard.
