Position: Flexologist
Location: Sunninghill, Johannesburg (On-site)
Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
As a Flexologist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional assisted stretching experiences while leading the daily operations of the studio.
Role Description:
Providing personalized assisted stretching sessions tailored to client goals and needs.
Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and delivering world-class customer service.
Creating a positive, energetic, and client-focused studio culture.
Leading by example and embodying the values and vision of Get Stretched.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people.
Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
A positive attitude, high energy, and passion for health and wellness.
Relevant fitness, wellness, or health certifications are advantageous.

Minimum Criteria:
✅ Energetic, Enthusiastic, Motivated
✅ Experience in Wellness Instruction, Physical Therapy, or related field
✅ Sales Driven & Client Focused
✅ Customer Service Oriented
✅ Understanding of Stretching Techniques and Wellness Trends
✅ A passion for wellness and helping others improve their quality of life
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Own Transport and Occasional Travel Required
✅ Willing to work weekdays and weekends – mornings and evenings, 8-hour shifts per day
Advantageous:
✅ Certification in Wellness, Physical Therapy, or related field
✅ Knowledge of PNF Stretching Techniques
✅ Personal Training Qualification Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
