Full Job Description

MIT Auto Parts is currently seeking an experienced Fleet Team Manager to Manage the Companies vehicles and Manage a small team.

KPA’s for role include:

Reporting and Analysis of trip costs, vehicle usage, route viability

Annual Budget preparation and monitoring

Employee Management (performance reviews, work allocation, discipline etc)

Management of computerized fleet tracking systems (fuel & satellite tracking)

Ensuring the fleet expenses are on track

Ensuring fleet risk is minimised and insurance requirements maintained

Ensuring vehicles are appropriately maintained in good working order

Renewal of licencing annually

Purchase of tyres / replacement parts / batteries

Minimum Requirements for the role

Qualification in Logistics or similar field

5 years’ Supply Chain experience

5 years’ Vehicle Maintenance experience

Knowledge Required SAP experience (preferred)

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

Proven experience of supervising people and driving performance

Good understanding of transportation costs

Code 10 (prefered)
