A leading car rental company based in Durban is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Fleet Administrator to join their busy operations team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong administrative skills, fleet and stock control experience, and a solid understanding of vehicle parts and inventory management systems. If you are an organised and proactive administrator with fleet, stock, and automotive experience, we want to hear from you.

Job Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Previous experience in a fleet administration or automotive administrative role
  • Working knowledge of Pastel Accounting System
  • Experience with stock inventory systems
  • Good knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive terminology
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s licence advantageous
  • Clear criminal record and sober habits
  • Contactable references
