RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fitter to join our client’s team based in the North West province.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
Conduct inspections and identify faulty components
Replace or repair defective parts
Perform routine maintenance tasks as required
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent
Trade Test Certificate as a Fitter
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment
Sound knowledge of mechanical systems and components
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Valid driver’s license
