The role of the Fitness Instructor is to promote our world-class fitness products and to increase member retention through effective new member induction. This role will also be responsible for promoting existing and new fitness initiatives, products, and services to members.

Duties
And Responsibilities…
To always contribute towards achieving our purpose to inspire people to live an active life by embodying our values: innovating, inspiring, having fun, and doing the right thing.
Building relationships with members to enhance member retention.
Conducting fitness initiatives to increase member engagement and retention.
Adhering to operational and administrative requirements.
Ensuring the health and safety of members at all times.
Actively managing ongoing training and self-development to stay updated with industry changes.
Promoting ancillary products and services to members effectively.

Minimum Requirements

Matric qualification
Industry-recognized fitness qualification
A minimum of 6 months experience in the fitness industry
First Aid qualification with AED certification
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Experience in member service and customer service
Strong interpersonal skills to assist and guide members
