Responsibilities

Requirements

- Expertise in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and wealth management strategies
- Knowledge of securities law, FINRA regulations, and industry-specific legal requirements
- Strong background in financial analysis, investment management, and portfolio management techniques
- Familiarity with financial software platforms and technical accounting principles
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively
- Relevant certifications such as FINRA licenses or equivalent credentials are highly desirable
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field is preferred
