1. Strategic Input & Opportunity Execution (40%)
Contribute to financial services strategy and ensure alignment.
Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Identify and assess new business opportunities.
Lead execution of approved projects with internal teams.
Collaborate with product development for integration.
Communicate outcomes and updates to stakeholders.
Ensure business cases are approved and reported on time.
2. Operational Management (10%)
Monitor compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Communicate compliance needs to relevant parties.
Support delivery of efficient operations for Company money offerings.
Align with customer service and internal departments for smooth service delivery.
3. Marketing Oversight (10%)
Align financial services strategy with brand and marketing plans.
Coordinate creation of marketing collateral (physical/digital).
Collaborate on campaign planning, reporting, and execution.
Ensure marketing activities support business goals and drive performance.
4. Stakeholder Relationship Management (20%)
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and departments.
Support legal reviews and contract negotiations.
Manage third-party supplier and vendor relationships.
Monitor vendor KPIs and identify performance improvement areas.
Represent FS in key internal meetings (Ops Co, Manco, Steer Co).
5. Budget & Financial Management (10%)
Oversee FS budget planning and performance tracking.
Drive profitability through increased transactions and new products.
Ensure adherence to budget deadlines and revenue targets.
6. Leadership (10%)
Translate and communicate strategic goals to the team.
Drive team performance, recruitment, and succession planning.
Lead performance reviews, coaching, and development.
Promote company values and culture (e.g., Sikhula Kun Ye).
Track and report on training, development, and transformation metrics.
