Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations tosenior management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Requirements:
Qualified CA(SA)
4-8 years of relevant experience, with a strong grasp of IFRS.
Proven experience in managing financial reporting processes.
Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, with greatattention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems like Power Bi or Qlikview is highly advantageous.
Salary:
R720 000 – R960 000 / year CTC (highly dependent on experience)
