Role Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a critical role in leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, implementing financial models, monitoring key metrics, and identifying opportunities to optimize performance and achieve strategic objectives. Additional tasks will include preparing detailed reports for stakeholders, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights into financial performance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Eastern Cape, South Africa.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Proficiency in Financial Modeling and in-depth knowledge of Finance principles
  • Proven Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using financial and analytical tools and software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience in manufacturing or retail industries is desirable
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
