🚀 The Opportunity
As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in shaping financial decision‑making across the Group. Working closely with the Head of Finance, CFO Office, executive leadership and key stakeholders, you’ll deliver insights that drive performance, uncover opportunities, and support strategic growth.
This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse monthly results against budget and prior year, highlighting variances and performance drivers
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts and value‑adding commentary for executive and board reporting
- Support SEC and regulatory reporting, including MD&A disclosures
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to assess financial impact and support strategic planning
- Drive process improvements across reporting, SOX, and month‑end activities
- Use predictive, driver‑based and multi‑scenario planning to enhance forecasting accuracy
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis, market research and industry trend reviews
✅ What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for board and investor reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in online gaming / casino or digital entertainment
- Exposure to M&A analysis and due diligence
- Corporate finance or statistical analysis experience
