Requirements:
Must have own transport
Must have Matric certificate
Must have laptop/tablet
No criminal record
Sales experience is an advantage
Must have goodcommunication skills
All training will be provided, and there will be ongoing training if needed. We provide access to experienced advisors that will assist you when needed. We will teach you to sell in the government market, enabling you to see 400 – 800 people per month, which provides a steady stream of clients so you do not have to rely on cold calling.
Our company structure is different than other insurance companies – we are not top-heavy, meaning we do not have directors and a CEO that draw salaries; all are out in the field working for commission, and we do not own expensive buildings. This allows us to save money for our clients and pay more commission for our planners.
You do not have to know anything about insurance – most people in the company had other jobs before, so you will pick it up quickly.
