POSITION INFO:
An established organisation within the industrial and production sector is currently looking for a strong Financial Manager to join their finance team. This role is suited to a hands-on individual with a solid background in stock management and a strong personality to thrive in a demanding, operational environment.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the full finance function
- Strong focus on stock control and inventory management
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee creditors, debtors, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making
- Lead and manage finance team members
Qualifications & Skills:
- BCom Accounting required
- Completed articles beneficial
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong stock and inventory experience essential
- Experience within industrial or production environment advantageous
- Strong personality with the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment
