Job Description
To partner with the business in the provision of financial expertise and advice and develop supporting processes that continuously enhance the delivery of financial services.

The key responsibilities include:
Responding to ad-hoc finance requests.
Performing monthly reporting on Insurance Pillar Operations and Financials.
Contributing to the budget process and preparing financial statements.
Supporting audit and investor reporting.
Using Essbase and HFM systems for financial data sourcing and analysis.
Collaborating with stakeholders to provide financial insights.
Participating in performance assessments and development activities.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified CA(SA) with 2-5 years post-qualification experience, demonstrating technical strength, attention to IFRS standards, and familiarity with insurance sector nuances, IFRS
17, Essbase, and HFM systems.
Key skills include confidence in technical advice, articulate communication, and thorough research capabilities. Personal qualities include longevity interest, self-motivation, adaptability, patience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
