WHAT
YOU’LL BE DOING
As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational objectives.
You will lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts while analysing financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Managing cost controls, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements will be central to your role.
You will collaborate withcross-functional teamsto support strategic initiatives, maintain financial health, and drive profitability. Additionally, you will supervise accounting teams, streamline reporting processes, and provideleadershipin managing audits, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.

ABOUT YOU
You will be a detail-oriented andresults-drivenfinance professional with extensive experience in financial management, ideally within the BPO industry.
You will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and operational metrics relevant to outsourcing operations. Youranalytical skillsand business acumen enable you to identify trends, optimise processes, and drive cost efficiencies.
With exceptionalleadershipabilities, you excel in managingdiverseteams, fosteringcollaboration, and delivering high-quality financial reports under tight deadlines. You are proficient in financial systems and tools, with a proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies and environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ACCOUNTING AND COMPLIANCE:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
COST MANAGEMENT:
Analyse and manage costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities forcost reductionand process optimisation.
STAKEHOLDER
COLLABORATION:
Work closely with operational teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
Provide financial insights and reports tosenior managementand key stakeholders.
AUDIT AND
RISK MANAGEMENT:
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
CASH FLOW AND TREASURY MANAGEMENT:
Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity andeffective resource allocation.
Manage banking relationships and oversee treasury functions.
REGULATORY AND TAX COMPLIANCE:
Overseetax planning, filing, and compliance with local and international laws.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and their implications.
