Group Finance Opportunity with International Exposure
POSITION INFO:
In group environments, finance isn’t just about reporting – it’s about connecting moving parts across borders. A growing property finance and investment group is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team and take ownership of group reporting and consolidation.
This is a unique opportunity offering direct exposure to international operations, including monthly travel to Dubai, while working within a lean, high-performance finance team. You’ll operate at group level, supporting multiple entities and working closely with leadership on strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing group consolidations across multiple entities
- Preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements
- Overseeing monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Supporting foreign subsidiaries and international reporting requirements
- Performing financial analysis and providing strategic insights
- Strengthening financial controls and reporting processes
- Liaising with auditors and external stakeholders
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Job Experience and Skills Required
- CA(SA) qualification (essential)
- 2+ years’ post-articles experience
- Strong experience in group reporting and consolidations
- Solid understanding of IFRS
- Exposure to multi-entity or international environments advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
- Willingness to travel internationally on a monthly basis
