Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadershi

• pDevelop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• .Provide financial guidance and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors
• .Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives
• .Drive profitability, growth, and long-term financial sustainability

.Financial Planning & Analysi

• sLead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• .Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• .Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive management
• .Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators

.Financial Managemen

• tOversee cash flow management, treasury activities, and working capital
• .Ensure accurate preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statements
• .Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
• .Optimize capital allocation and investment decisions

.Compliance & Governanc

• eEnsure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and regulatory requirements
• .Maintain effective internal controls and corporate governance standards
• .Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors
• .Ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures

.Risk Managemen

• tIdentify and mitigate financial and operational risks
• .Develop and maintain risk management frameworks
• .Monitor insurance coverage and business continuity planning
