We are looking for a Financial Director in the Johannesburg South Area.
JobPurpose:
The Financial Director is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role involvesstrategic planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the company meets its financial objectives. The Financial Director will manage the finance team, develop financial policies, and provide insights to support decision-making at theexecutive level.
Requirements:
CA(SA) / CIMA / ACCA
Minimum 5 years post articles experience in finance and operations management
Catering / Kitchen equipment industry knowledge
Proven track recordof success and strongleadershipcapabilities
Some travel may be required
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Proven experience instrategic planningand execution.
Proven track recordin implementing and improving operational and financial controls.
Excellentleadership,communication, and interpersonal skills.
Skills Required:
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
Proficient in IFRS and tax
Working knowledge of FICA
