A collection of luxury lodges and camps, specializing in unparalleled experiences within Africa’s breathtaking landscapes, seeks a driven Financial Controller in Johannesburg. If you are a CA (SA) with a strong grasp of IFRS, tax law, and advanced Excel, and possess the ability to manage GL accounts, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance, you may be the ideal fit. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency, contributing to the creation of unforgettable moments for guests within sanctuaries that blend world-class comfort with the raw beauty of the wilderness.
Candidate Requirements :
Newly qualified CA (SA) or 2-4 years experience in a similar role.
Strong working knowledge of Income Tax, VAT, and Company law.
Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; knowledge of Tour Plan, Great Plains, and Tagetik is highly advantageous.
Experience with in an international company or exposure to foreign currencies is a significant plus.
Sound working knowledge of IFRS.
A genuine interest in wildlife and a commitment to sustainability and conservation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
