This role offers a Financial Analyst the opportunity to transition from traditional finance into a data-driven operations environment within a global SaaS sales company. It is well suited to someone with strong technical ability, an interest in automation and systems, and a desire to apply their finance background in a more dynamic context by owning reporting, tooling, and process optimisation within revenue operations.
This Cape Town-based role offers a CTC of up to R720K per annum, plus certification sponsorships in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo.

You’ll be part of the internal RevOps team that ensures every sales team runs on clean data, real-time reporting, and best-in-class tools.
THE ROLE
As Financial Analyst, you will start by taking ownership of internal and client-facing reporting systems, from raw data to boardroom-ready insights. You’ll manage CRM and data provider platforms, clean and consolidate prospect lists, and drive process improvements across the sales function.
What starts as Financial Analyst work quickly evolves: you’ll step into platform ownership, process design, and strategic data automation. This will create the opportunity to move into a Data Manager role in the RevOps team.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Finance, Accounting/Maths/Engineering, etc
4+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial reporting roles
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (data cleaning, formulas, pivots, logic, etc)
Interest in SaaS, RevOps, or startups
Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is beneficial
